I absolutely love Face the Future. Their products are wonderful in every way. They cater for all skin types and are so helpful when I need to query anything at all from the skin products I use to help with ordering online. The staff are totally amazing and kind. They will help in every possible way and are so very patient with me when I struggle with technology at times. It is the best Beauty Product company I have ever dealt with. One member of staff in particular, is Amber, who is so lovely whenever I have need to phone. I am more than happy to be a client with Face the Future.

Never will shop again .

They have let me order a product from them, despite not having it in stock or knowing when they will. I only found out about this upon inquiring myself about the delay. The order was supposed to be a gift which I now have to order from someplace else and pay extra for next day delivery due to their poor service. Disappointing to say the least :((

Update: It was ME who contacted the company to gain updates on the order. The 10% discount they offered does not cover the extra expenses of next day shipping that I had to support.

AVOID! PRODUCTS NOT STORED CORRECTLY OR POTENTIALLY OUT OF DATE ….. I purchased Mesoestetic’s ‘Cosmelan 2 Cream’ via Face The Future (FTF) in March 2022. This purchase was on the recommendation of the consultant who was managing my skin peel treatment. I had my skin peel and used this product (first one purchased directly from Mesoestetic via the consultant) as per the process. My skin results were on track and the peel was doing what was expected and my skin was starting to look great. As the cream was starting to finish, my consultant advised purchasing another one and suggested Face The Future as the price was more competitive than hers. So I purchased in March 2022. Since I started using the product purchases from FTF, I have immediately reacted with burning and my skin is ruined. Unfortunately, I am unable to share images on this website but the images I have taken during my journey illustrate where I was at the beginning, the during and then what happened as a result of using the second cream purchased from FTF. It’s destroyed my skin and given it is the same cream, it can only be imagined that this is because the company have not stored the product correctly at their facilities or it is out of date. I contacted FTF with the images documenting the results of using the product they supplied and they are unwilling to acknowledge. Whilst they have issued a refund, my consultant requested they pay compensation which will allow the consultant to undertake further treatments to rectify the impact this product purchased from FTF had on my skin. Sadly, there is no option but to go for future treatment as the condition of my skin is truly worrying. Of course, I immediately stopped using the cream on the instruction of my consultant as she agreed this result was alarming and should not have been the case given the product was not the issue – but the supplier who has provided it has clearly not handled it the way they should have. Who knows, it could even be a fake product. I have no doubt the company is likely to respond here with some poor, pre-drafted script as their response but honestly, given the time, money and emotional distress I have personally suffered, I can only advise others to spend a little more and purchase your products from a trusted supplier. It’s not like I can simply go out and buy new skin! Thanks FTF for your unwillingness to compensate the damage you have caused and I sincerely hope you do not do this to other people.

I recently ordered an eyelash serum from Face the Future. The dispatch time was the same day and have contacted the team a couple of times due to my order being lost by royal mail. I liased with Amber who was absolutely fantastic replies to emails immediately and phone calls she has been amazing and really helpful in solving the issue.
The staff are really helpful friendly and provide exceptional service.
Great customer service will happily order from face the future again.

I was usually happy with Face the Future until I faced the first problem.
I received the faulty product and reached out to customer service. Amber replied with apologies and promise to contact the manufacturer.
After that no response from my emails, although I was ready to send the faulty product back and receive a replacement. Now I am stuck with a pricey product which I cannot use because the stick dried up and fall apart. Of course, I will open a PayPal dispute.
Deeply disappointed.

UPD. After leaving the feedback I was contacted by Jessica. Received a new blush stick yesterday. Thank you.
